Corporate Adventures

"I would like to thank you for creating an extremely powerful and moving experience for all our team members. I must add that with your help, we managed to move to the next level of learning both at the level of the individual members and organization." - Alok Narain, Head, Learning and Development, Bharti Cellular Ltd (Delhi Circle).

Corporate Adventures

Snow Leopard Adventures has pioneered use of the outdoors as a training methodology for the corporate sector in India. We have till date successfully conducted over 2500 adventure programmes for a number of multinational companies and corporate houses. Most of our corporate programmes are based out of our Uttarakhand campsites, though we have conducted training programmes in Maharashtra, Kerala and Nepal too.

Corporate Outbound Training

Our Corporate Leadership programmes in the Himalayas entail use of soft adventure activities and management games to develop various themes such as leadership skills, conflict management, communication and teamwork in a group of people. This programme aims to take executives out of the comfort zone of their normal office environment to the outdoors to participate in some specially designed outdoor management games. These exercises are in turn reviewed and integrated to the corporate environment through ‘class-room’ sessions by leading professional management and HR consultants / facilitators.

Adventure and Nature Conferences

Adventure Conferencing entails taking participants away from the city environment to the outdoors for a conference. The conferencing, instead of in a typical hotel classroom, can be done under a thatched golghar or in a conference room with all conference facilities. The itinerary can be customized in accordance to the requirements of the company. Camp Panther, near Rishikesh, is an ideal location for such a conference. The camp, with its safari tents with attached toilets, is comfortable but the comforts do not interfere with the essential nature of camping.

Corporate Retreats/ Incentives

Corporate Retreats, as the name suggests, are adventure trips for executives of the organization. The itinerary involves adventure activities such as rafting, cycling through riverine forests, jeep safaris, kayaking on a placid river stretch and hiking in the Himalayas near the camp and just relaxing on the beach.

Incentives: Introduce your star performers or your outstanding dealers to the invaluable joys of the outdoors. Give them an incentive trip with a difference with Snow Leopard Adventures. Our camps offer a safe yet exciting activities-based trip.

Team Building At The Foothills Of The Himalayas

Easy rafting session for about 2 ½ hours. Return to camp. Evening  Tea/ Coffee and snacks. Post tea, participate in a Treasure Hunt. The group is divided into teams and the teams are provided with clues and outdoor devices such as compasses and torches to find the treasure. Successful execution of this treasure hunt at night requires teamwork, communication and motivation. Evening and dinner around a camp fire. After dinner, retire for the night. Overnight at Camp.
